Learning Outcomes
(33 Credits)
Students who are admitted to the University with unconditional standing and meet the admission criteria for this track may apply for admission to the nursing major at the junior level.

A grade of C or higher is required on all nursing major requirements and required support courses. After admission to the major a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.25 is required.

Progression in the nursing program is dependent upon meeting the nursing course prerequisites identified in the course descriptions. Consultation with the academic advisor regarding the individual student’s program of study is strongly recommended. Required Support Courses for the Major (6 credits):
These courses may be taken at a community college or university or obtaned through credit by examination.
