Learning Outcomes
The Management Program provides students with knowledge and skills needed by all organizations to succeed in a rapidly changing globalized world. Students will gain fundamental knowledge in strategic management, people management, and organizational design. Additional opportunities are available to study entrepreneurship, human capital management, and international business management. Graduates of the Management Program are prepared for careers as general managers, entrepreneurs, human resources specialists, and management analysts in for- and not-for-profit organizations in various industries.

A requirement to this plan is to become fully admitted to the Scott College of Business by the end of the fourth semester. College of Business Admission (COBA) requires: an average GPA of 2.25 or higher in BUS 100 , BUS 180 , BUS 201 , BUS 205 , and ECON 200 ; completion of freshman English composition, communication, and MATH 105 .
