Description
Study of the elements of music theory, covering pitch, rhythm, scales, intervals, basic harmony, melody, voice leading, and diatonic triads in functional harmony.

Prerequisites
A grade of C or better in MUS 103, and concurrent enrollment in MUS 113. For music majors or minors, or consent of instructor.

Two class hours a week.
