Examines the strategic management of an outside salesforce within a global business to business environment. Covers salesforce recruitment, organization, motivation, and control.

Prerequisites
BUS 361 or MKTG 301 and MKTG 344; or approval of department chair.

Note
Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
