ENVI 382 - Petrology

Description
Study of the three rock families, their chemistry, mineral composition, and genesis. Emphasis is placed on hand-specimen identification. Two one-hour lectures and one two-hour laboratory weekly.
Prerequisites
ENVI 380 or consent of instructor.
