This HRD program allows students to learn about the process of improving learning and performance in individual, group, and organizational contexts through domains of expertise, such as lifelong learning, career development, training and development, and organizational development. Students also acquire the knowledge and skills to succeed in a variety of roles for HRD in business, education, and industry.
