Information Technology Minor

The Minor in Information Technology is available to students enrolled in bachelors’ degree programs at Indiana State University.  This technology-focused discipline provides competencies and experiences in the interaction and implementation of software, hardware, cybersecurity, database administration, networking, experimental and emerging enterprise information technology, documentation and real-world IT project management.  Students completing this minor will be well prepared for employment in technology-oriented environments and will be seen as technology leaders that will be able to respond to the complex and rapidly changing data-driven problem-solving in the world of Information Technology.

Majors in Information Technology are not allowed to complete this minor.
