Strength and Conditioning Minor

The Strength and Conditioning minor is a scientific-based curriculum focused on preparing students to properly plan and implement performance-training programs with an understanding of the theoretical and practical considerations associated with physical training for improved performance and injury prevention. Upon completion, students are prepared to sit for a national certification exam. A grade of C or better is required for all strength and conditioning minor courses.
