Description
Laws and regulations that influence the management of engineering and technology employees. Research and synthesis of legislation, landmark and recent litigation, and case studies, are used to prepare the engineering and technology manager to ethically fulfill management goals.

junior standing

Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
