HIST 351 - The Ancient World

Description
General history of major ancient societies whose cultural legacies have contributed to the making of Western Civilization. Considerable attention will be given to Mesopotamia, Egypt, Israel, Greece, and Rome with emphasis placed on their unique lifestyles and on the role each played in world history at certain times before 500 A.D.
