The University reserves the right to change requirements regarding admission, the courses and their contents, the organization of curricula, requirements for retention and for the awarding of degrees, and other necessary rules and regulations.
Such regulations shall be effective whenever determined by the appropriate faculty and administrative bodies; they may govern both old and new students.
