Description
Supervised experiences in management of food service systems in hospitals, nursing homes, and schools.

Prerequisite/Corequisite
Prerequisite: open to dietetics students only. Requirement: concurrent enrollment in 430.

Note
Eighteen-hour weekly clinical assignment.
