Analysis of the rules of evidence, their functional relationship to the culture in which they operate, and their effect on law enforcement, criminal prosecution, and the correctional processes.

Prerequisite/Corequisite
Prerequisites: 420, 421, or consent of instructor.

Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
