The study of a selected topic in biochemistry. Examples include: enzyme kinetics, proteins, metabolism/biosynthetic routes, and techniques in biochemistry.

Prerequisite: 431.

Note
May be repeated when topic is different. Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature. Unless otherwise stated, all chemistry courses require laboratory work.
