MUS 549 - Pedagogy of Theory

A survey of the pedagogical aspects of teaching music theory and aural skills. The focus is on current approaches and implementation of materials suitable for the study of theory, harmony, and aural skills.

Prerequisites
satisfactory score on the Graduate Placement Examination in Music Theory or successful completion of MUS 601.
