MFG 700 - Human Relations and Leadership in Manufacturing

A course on the human side of manufacturing organizations. The course deals with how people organize, and how they relate to one another. Students will learn that the aforementioned are shaped by forces from both inside and outside of the organization. These forces, then, are indicators of emerging trends in leadership, management, and organizational design in manufacturing.
