CRIM 531 - Community-Based Corrections3 credits This course covers the variety of alternatives to incarceration which collectively are known as community-based corrections, including diversion, pretrial release, fines, home confinement, restitution, community service, half-way houses, probation, and parole.
Prerequisites 6 hours of criminology or consent of instructor.
