CRIM 523 - Juvenile Delinquency3 credits The nature and extent of delinquency in the United States and the system response to juvenile crime. Particular attention is given to the organization and functions of community agencies and institutions including police, courts, and correctional agency responses to juvenile offenders, and the effectiveness of these responses.
Prerequisites 6 hours of criminology or consent of instructor.
