CRIM 520 - Criminal Law and Procedure I 3 credits
CRIM 601 - Seminar: Criminological Theories 3 credits
CRIM 604 - Seminar: Police Problems and Practices 3 credits
CRIM 605 - Correctional Administration 3 credits
CRIM 698 - Internship in Criminology 3-6 credits

Choose one of the following 9-hour specializations:

Specialization in Law Enforcement:

CRIM 521 - Criminal Law and Procedure II 3 credits
CRIM 532 - The Law on Evidence 3 credits
CRIM 607 - Seminar: Law and Society 3 credits

Specialization in Corrections:

CRIM 602 - Correctional Counseling 3 credits
CRIM 603 - Correctional Group Therapy 3 credits

Choose one of the following:

CRIM 530 - Correctional Institutions 3 credits
CRIM 531 - Community-Based Corrections 3 credits

Other Requirements:

6 hours of graduate study inside or outside the department.

Culminating Experience:

Successful completion of a research project or a comprehensive written examination.
