The Geoscience MS degree provides a solid, interdisciplinary background in the study of Earth systems and processes in both the modern day and the geologic past. Classes are focused on experiential learning, critical thinking, and field experiences. Our program prepares graduates for a wide range of career options in fields including geology, geography, and archeology.
Students work closely with their research advisor and committee to complete their degree and research requirements. Both thesis and non-thesis options are available.
