(99 credits minimum) including extra-departmental requirements

This is an accelerated Degree program open to Biology Majors that meet the following criteria.  Students would apply during the Junior year and be on track to complete their BS in four years.  The putative student will be dual enrolled in the BS and MS program during their senior year.  Upon completion of the BS it is expected that the student would complete their MS non-thesis in Biology during their fifth year.

Enrollment in Graduate Course as an ISU Undergraduate Student

A senior student at Indiana State University with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or above may be granted permission to enroll in a limited amount of 500-level graduate courses with approval of the student’s advisor, graduate program representative, and the dean of the College of Graduate and Professional Studies.  Students in Accelerated Graduate Programs will be allowed to take up to 9 credit hours of 500-level courses and up to 6 credit hours of 600-level courses during their final year of undergraduate study.
