The Business Administration major gives students the opportunity to design a diversified program. Fields in business that are available as emphasis areas are: accounting, economics, finance, insurance and risk management, management, management information systems, marketing, operations management and analysis, and real estate.

Required Courses for Business Administration Majors (27 credits):
Select three different emphasis areas and complete three courses (9 credits) in each of the three selected areas. Courses must be taken at the 300-400 level. Business emphasis areas include: accounting; business education, information, and technology; economics; finance and real estate; insurance and risk management; management; management information systems; marketing; or operations and supply chain management.

Note:
Students must submit an approved career curriculum plan. Approved emphasis courses must be taken at 300-400 level. BEIT 336, MGT 301, MIS 301 and MKTG 301 are not permitted as business emphasis courses.
