(FCS) Core Curriculum:
The FCS core courses promote the understanding of the integrative nature of the family and consumer sciences profession with its focus on the interrelationships among individuals, families, consumers, and communities. Students apply this understanding to the study of their areas of specialization.
Note: For several departmental curricular patterns, general education requirements in the biological and physical sciences, the social sciences, or art are specified.
