INTRODUCTION
The objectives of the Ph.D. in Technology Management Program are to: enhance the level of study in selected technologies at the doctoral level providing opportunities for research in the development, application, and transmission of technological knowledge; prepare specialists who provide leadership in cur- riculum design, content development, and instructional design in technology; and provide support to the industrial, business, and government communities in use and implementation of technology.
The program is delivered using advanced communication technologies providing the opportunity for studies at different locations. Residency requirements can be met with minimal disruption to individual lifestyles. Regulations for the Ph.D. in technology management are found on the program Web page. In those instances that a regulation is not defined for the program, the ISU Graduate Catalog is the defining document.
Program information on the doctorate in technology management is located at the <http://www.indstate.edu/consortphd/> site. Hyperlink connections to the consortium universities and coordinators at each university are also available at this site.
