SOWK 553 - Social Work & Health3 Credits Addresses the distribution, determinants, and psychological and behavioral aspects of health and disease across the life span; social, economic, environmental, and cultural variations in health, disease, and quality of life; barriers to access and utilization, social injustice, historical trends, and future directions will be reviewed.
Prerequisites Admitted to the College of Graduate & Professional Studies or consent of the instructor.
