SOWK 552 - Families/Couples Therapy3 Credits Provides theoretical models for understanding how families and couples function; in-depth examination of methods for assessing and treating families and couples. Issues in working with diverse family/couple systems in relation to therapeutic strategies are explored. Focus on practice (application of theory), including rural issues and addiction issues.
Prerequisites Admitted to the College of Graduate & Professional Studies or consent of the instructor.
