SOWK 507 - Social Work Research & EBP3 Credits Foundation for scientific inquiry and the necessity for an empirical approach to practice; overview of research principles which includes stages and design of research, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, methods of data collection, preparation of reports, ethical standards with attention to protecting and promoting the well-being of vulnerable and oppressed populations.
