3 Credits This seminar class discusses the strategic significance of finance and encapsulates determination of capital needs, the cost of capital, analysis of financial statements and capital budgeting decisions, among other core concepts. Case studies, in addition to the functional areas, may cover topics on computer based financial modeling, corporate governance, ethics, and globalization.
