3 Credits This course will help students understand data-driven decision making. The pedagogy includes effective data cleansing, mining, consolidation, and visualization, leading to introductory concepts in statistical methods and their applications to real world business problems. Optimization techniques along with other analytical tools like forecasting, decision trees, and breakeven analysis are also discussed as corollaries.
