HRD 656 - International and Cross Cultural Teaching3 Credits The analysis, selection, design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to increase functional capabilities in international and multicultural environments. Topics include the role of communication, human responses to new cultural settings, and the teaching of methods to analyze and react to cultural interfaces. Stress will be placed on the design and use of interactive training materials including those based on role playing, group discussion, and simulations.
