Theory and application of experiential learning and group development programming in a challenge course-based adventure activity context. Topics include challenge courses, group initiative activities, experiential learning process, group development and dynamics, group facilitation techniques, debriefing, sequencing, activity selection, and program design. Will include exposure to the adventure industry and important issues in the field.
