PSY 240 - Psychology of Health Behavior 3 credits
Description An introduction to health psychology as a behavioral approach that deals specifically with psychological aspects of health and illness. The focus of the course will be on health promotion and maintenance; the prevention and treatment of illness; the etiology and correlates of health, illness, and dysfunction; the health care system and the formulation of health policy.
