CHEM 462 - Physical Chemistry II

Description
A continuing study of physical chemistry. Topics covered in this course are quantum mechanics and its application to molecules and chemical systems, atomic and molecular spectroscopy, and may include gas kinetic theory and statistical mechanics.

Prerequisites
CHEM 461 and 461L. Successful completion of or concurrent enrollment in CHEM 462L.

Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
