PE 333 - When Food is Disease 3 credits
Description This course is designed to historically explore changes in farming following industrialization to meets the nutritional needs of a growing population, the political influence related to government nutritional guidelines, the social issues and economic impact through healthcare related to metabolic syndrome, and the ethical implications of determining solution.
Restrictions Upper Division Electives require 45 earned credit hours or more at time of registration.
