Description This community engagement / service-learning course highlights the history, contributions, and complexity of the nonprofit sector, and the role of philanthropy on society. Emphasis is placed on the professional leadership and management competencies needed to work as a mission-focused executive/board member. Professional development opportunities will be highlighted.
