PE 103 - Jogging and Fitness Walking

Description
This course assists students in developing knowledge of power walking and jogging to promote and maintain physical fitness. Proper technique, pace, and training advantages of both walking and running will be discussed.

Note
The course Physical Education 101 meets the University General Education requirement of two semester hours. A student who, because of health status or disability, who is unable to participate actively, should take Physical Education 100. See the General Education Program section.
