AHS 436 - Parent Education

Description
This course investigates the various means and methods in assisting parents to teach, guide, and influence their children and adolescents. Variations in parenting practices, exploration of parenting as a process, knowledge of parental rights and responsibilities, and examination of parental roles throughout the life cycle will be explored.

Prerequisites
AHS 237 and 238.

Note
Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
