Human Resource Development (Accelerated Masters)

This is an accelerated degree program open to Human Resource Development majors. Students would apply during the Junior year and be on track to complete their bachelors degree in four years. The 4+1 combines undergraduate and graduate courses and allows students to complete a masters degree in 5 years.
Undergraduate students in HRD can choose to begin the senior year at ISU with dual enrollment in both degree programs. In their senior year, students will have provisional graduate admission until the bachelors degree is awarded with a final cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or above.

Required Courses (18 credits)
Program Option A (15 credits)
Students must complete HRD 685 plus 12 credits of HRD electives. Program Option B (15 credits)
Students must complete HRD 699 (6 credits) plus 9 credits of HRD electives. Note
