EDUC 770 - Curriculum Development

3 Credits

This course differentiates the principles of instructional and curricular design. Students will explore the meaning of curriculum, principles and patterns of curriculum, forms and ways of organizing curriculum, development of curriculum for special groups, forces and processes in curriculum change, current criticisms of curriculum, and curriculum for the future. The course will also design a curriculum in their area of specialty.
