SAHE 653 - Current Trends in Student Affairs and Higher Education Leadership3 Credits The purpose of this course is to assist student affairs and higher education students to think and act critically regarding a wide range of trends and issues within the field. These trends and issues will be examined through multiple perspectives (social, cultural, historical, philosophical, financial, political, legal, etc.) with an eye toward social justice. The goal is to help students analyze and synthesize issues in higher education and student affairs leadership to assist students in decision making.
