ATTR 634 - Patient-Centered Primary Care and Interventions

3 Credits

This course will introduce students to the medical specialty of primary care. Athletic trainers play a critical role in ensuring collaborative and continuous care during the referral and return to activity process of patients with infections and diseases. Students will learn about clinical pathology and decision-making, pharmacology, and substance use disorders.

ATTR 532, ATTR 530, ATTR 541

Must be admitted to Masters of Science in Athletic Training Program at Indiana State University.
