SPED 636 - Mild Intervention Capstone1 Credits Mild Intervention Graduate Capstone course is a one-hour course that is taken with Supervised Student Teaching (final field experience for those seeking initial licensure). Candidates will complete a teacher work sample demonstrating their content knowledge and instructional methods, including assessment. The Mild Intervention Graduate Capstone course serves as documentation of the candidate’s professional knowledge and skills in several areas: learner characteristics, learning environments, adaptations for diversity, instructional planning, instructional strategies, assessment of student learning, collaboration, and reflective practice.
Prerequisites SPED 607, SPED 698D, SPED 623, SPED 622, & SPED 634A
Co-requisites SPED 602 & SPED 639
Restrictions Instructor approval.
