SPED 631 - Characteristics of Individuals with Moderate to Severe Disabilities3 Credits This is an introductory course that examines the characteristics of students with moderate to severe disabilities, as well as the current issues and practices related to assessing and educating these students. The purpose of this course is to provide candidates with knowledge of the characteristics, abilities and needs of individuals with moderate to severe disabilities. This course is a graduate-level course in the intense intervention licensure program.
