Volunteers are a tremendously valuable human resource to be used in support of an organization’s mission. This course presents a management framework for maximizing volunteer involvement, including practical information about organizational readiness, recruitment strategies, supervision, risk management, program evaluation, recordkeeping tools, and critical relationships.
