AHS 629 - Seminar in Public Nutrition3 Credits Investigation and individual study of current topics and research in public health nutrition. Topics may include the role of nutrition in disease prevention, maternal and child nutrition, nutrition and aging, nutrition and wellness, obesity, and mindful eating.
Prerequisites AHS 201 or AHS 221 or equivalent, or instructor permission.
