ELED 685 - Literacy Intervention Strategies

3 credits

This course will enable participants to assess children’s literacy and plan instruction responsive to the needs of the child based upon this assessment. Specific intervention strategies will be presented and discussed. Participants will examine the relationship between literacy assessment and intervention strategies that support children in becoming more proficient learners, focus on the impact of teaching for diversity, and the infusion of technology.
