APN 644 - Theoretical Foundations of Family Health Care: Management of Common Chronic and Acute Health Problems I6 credits Focus of the course is on the recognition and management of common chronic and acute health problems of clients across the lifespan encountered in primary care. The course integrates assessment, current research findings, and theory into the diagnostic reasoning and management of healthcare. Clinical experiences are used to apply knowledge to practice.
