AHS 622 - Public Health Nutrition3 credits Investigation of concepts, principles, and scope of practice of public health nutrition, including distinctions between population - and individual-based approaches to nutrition assessment, intervention, and prevention, and barriers and factors associated with improving the nutritional status and health of diverse population groups.
Prerequisites AHS 201 or equivalent.
