AHS 210 - Principles of Environmental Health 3 credits
Description An overview of current problems in community and working environments will be presented. Aspects of air pollution such as global warming, ozone depletion, acid rain, and others will be examined. Prevention and treatment of water pollution, solid waste management, and occupational health hazards such as noise, radiation, organic solvents, and others will also be discussed.
