MATH 115 - College Algebra and Trigonometry

Description
Polynomial equations, systems of linear equations, translations, reflections, symmetry, functions, graphs, lines and conic sections, mathematical induction, and trigonometric functions.

Prerequisites
appropriate placement examination (MAPLE T.A.) score or MATH 111. Students without an appropriate trigonometry background are advised to take MATH 112.

Note
Does not count toward the mathematics major or minor.
